From: THE TRIANGLE Received: 12/09/13 To:Liverpool.Direct Subject: Anti social behaviour 12 September 2013 Dear Jaafar We are writing to you to inquire about a complaint/claim (835192) we registered with your department. On the 27 August 2013 we received an email from you (see above) stating that we would be contacted by the department of Anti Social Behaviour Unit within ten working days. That time period of ten working days has now expired yet we have not been contacted. We would respectfully appreciate an update in regards to our complaint to establish it's current status together with an explanation of the delay in contacting us. Also, would you be able to provide the Triangle Website with the contact details of the head of the Anti Social Behaviour Unit that is dealing with our case. Thank you for your time and consideration, we look forward to your response. Yours Sincerely The Triangle From: THE TRIANGLE Received: 12/09/13 To: Liverpool Direct Subject: Re: Your Email 12 September 2013 Dear Hollie Would you be able to provide the Triangle Website with the contact details of the head of the Anti Social Behaviour Unit that is dealing with our case? Your reply has highlighted several other issues and we would appreciate the opportunity to question those issues. We do not comprehend your reasoning about "not falling within a remit"
While we have to respect your ruling, we find it difficult to comprehend your decision, especially as you have not had the opportunity to examine the full extent of our complaint.
Thank you for your help, advice and we look forward to your response to our questions. Yours Sincerely The Triangle From: THE TRIANGLE Received: 05/10/13 To: Justine Jenkins-Burke Subject: Thank You! 5 October 2013 Dear Justine Thank you for not answering any of our questions? We believe that we are within our lawful right to ask for information from your department as to how you reached your decision regarding our claims of long term anti-social behaviour. Therefore we must repeat the unanswered questions that we have previously asked of you:
Thank you for your help and advice, we look forward to receiving the answers to the six questions we have asked of you. Yours Sincerely The Triangle |
